Adminに登録されているメールアドレスで。
後、ヘルプにも書いてあったけど
リセラーが間に入ってないかどうかを調べるツールもあったので
そこでもリセラーが入ってないか確認してみて。

I've lost my user ID and/or password, how do I retrieve it?

then you can use our online tool to have your password emailed to you.
