海外のムフフなウザサイトのメルマガにそこのアドで片っ端から登録してやってる 
ヲタなやり方だけど最小限の手間で最大限効果がある？と思ってるけど・・・ 
 
ひょっとしたらフィルターかけられてて無駄なのかも？
