Dear XXXXXXXXX,
I'm sorry the NIC hasn't responded to your complaint yet. In the
meantime, Please set up your email program to BLOCK any email from
the IP that is sending you the spam. The name server is not on our
network, and it is not possible to send spam from a domain, so the
issue is with the hosting company.
