それで調べて
java -cp startup.jar org.eclipse.core.launcher.Main -application org.eclipse.update.core.standaloneUpdate -command listFeatures
を実行してみたらリストがでた。
こっから、unstallすべきdisable状態なプラグインのidとバージョンを正規表現で抽出するというのか？
誤って必要なプラグインまで削除したらどうしようかと躊躇してしまう。
