Since we have no editable content, all Saves are one-shot "save
to a new file"s. "Save As..." seems to capture this better than
"Save" or "Save a Copy..." We're using Cmd-S rather than Cmd-
Shift-S because the different-than-typical-editing-app semantics
make requiring Shift for this seem like no more than an obstacle
to usability.
