すいません、商品が届かないのでキャンセルをする旨のメールを送ったら、
以下の返事が来たのですが、これって結局キャンセルしてくれたんですかね?
いまいち意味が分からなくて・・・どうか知恵を貸して下さい。
Dear valued customer, we feel sincerely sorry for the problem it caused, we have forwarded your requirement of cancelling the order to the relevant department and try to intercept the parcel.
We will submit a refund request after the parcel was returned to our warehouse.
But there is possibility the package can not been intercepted.
We sincerely hope you can sign for the parcel if the package can not be held up.
If you still don't want it ,you can reject it.Please feel free to check the order status in the near future and thank you for your understanding.Sherry
