Server Update - 5:12pmCT
The path to near term improvement is software not hardware, we are currently stable at ~10,000 concurrent users in-game.
The database software upgrade we had implemented this afternoon to allow us to ramp up the server capacity failed, and we had to roll it back.
We are compiling a new software upgrade into a testing environment as we speak. We are doing everything to increase server capacity today and we will keep you updated as soon as we have more info.
