第2章の冒頭文は以下の通り

これを韓国の大学が公に発信してるんだから日本が占領する前から韓国に姦通罪があったことはネトウヨの洗脳でもなんでもなく事実なんだよな
また、確かに既婚女性と不倫相手の男だけが罰せられるのは日韓併合後の方だけだが、

女性の姦通者に対してより重い罰を与えるという女性差別(蔑視)的な面は既に日韓併合前から既にあったわけでそれを「輸出」したとか言う表現も不適切
ちなみにその差とはどのようなもんかというと

夫は姦通行為を目撃したら妻とその浮気相手を殺すことすら許されるし、内縁の妻として事実上の浮気相手を持つことも許されるというね
