プレートは伸びませんｗ新品と比べてプレートの長さ測ってみろよｗ
ピンはアウタープレートに固定されてて、
インナープレート側を貫通してる部分にはもともとピンとの隙間があって、
そこが磨耗して隙間が大きくなっていく。
だからドライ系なんか使ってピン周辺が潤滑不良だとどんどん磨耗してチェーンが「伸びる」。
