文科省は、これまでも堀越学園側から事情聴取を重ねるなどしていたが、改善指導をするためには帳

文科省などによると、創造学園大は０４年度に開学。芸術と福祉分野の２学部で計２８０人を募集している

「業績悪化」６割超
京都市内中小企業 経営見通し
京都市が８日発表した市内中小企業の経営動向実態調査によると、今年の業績が悪化するとの回答が１９９３年の調査開始以来、初めて６割を超えた。機械や金属などの製造業で不振を予想する比率が高かった。
全業種では「悪くなる」（51・４％）と「非常に悪くなる」（９・２％）の合計が60・６％にのぼった。製造業では金属が87・５％、機械が70％と、厳しい回答が目立った。
非製造業は飲食・宿泊が64・２％で、観光関連業者でも半数近くにのぼった。その要因（複数回答）は「国内景気」が61・４％を占め、「消費動向」が31・６％で続いた。０８年の実績は「悪かった」が38・２％で最も多く、「前年並み」が34・７％だった。
同時に行った昨年１０－１２月期調査は、企業景気指数（ＤＩ値）が前回調査に比べて３・７ポイント悪化の２５・２。景気が良い、悪いの判断が分かれる基準値５０を大きく下回り、６年９カ月ぶりの低水準となった。
市内の中小企業８００社のうち４９８社（62・３％）から回答を得た。

芸術学科には肉体表現コース（笑）と声優コースがあるから。
肉体表現とソーシャルワークに野球やサッカーのヤツらを入れ、今は声優が人気だから人が集まるわけ。
しかし、ここだけの話にしておいて欲しいのだが声優コースの実技試験の教官は声優に何の関係もない教員ばかり。

The International Study System
aims to bring up talented persons
with a global view who are capable
to activate in an international
society. During the 4 years of
enrollment, the participating students
study abroad for one year, 6 months at
a university in a developed country and
for another 6 months at a university in
a developing country. Thus, by experimenting
two different realities, the students acquire
a new perspective on the world. Students can

文科省が堀越学園を立ち入り調査へ
創造学園大（群馬県高崎市）などを運営する学校法人「堀越学園」（同）が、設備投資がかさんで教職員
給与の遅配が発生するなど経営が著しく悪化している可能性があるとして、文部科学省は２８日、立ち入り
調査に近く乗り出す方針を決めた。
登記簿や関係者の話によると、堀越学園は傘下の大学や専門学校の校舎改装、高額な医療機器の導
入などで経費が増えたのに加え、少子化による学生数減少もあり、２００５～０７各年度の純利益で欠損を
計上。さらに、０４年度末時点で約４２億６０００万円あった資産総額も、０７年度末には約２４億円に減少した。
文科省は、これまでも堀越学園側から事情聴取を重ねるなどしていたが、改善指導をするためには帳
簿類の確認など詳しい調査が必要と判断。過剰な設備投資がなかったかなど、財務状況を詳細に把握す
る考えだ。
文科省などによると、創造学園大は０４年度に開学。芸術と福祉分野の２学部で計２８０人を募集している
が、音楽学科の平均入学者数が過去４年間、定員の８０人を大幅に下回るなど学生確保に苦戦していた。
堀越学園は大学のほか高崎市などで幼稚園や専門学校を運営。関連法人が長野県松本市で高校を運
営している。堀越高校（東京都中野区）を運営する堀越学園は別法人。
既に県教委は「入学させないように」と指導する文書を県内の全公立高校長あてに出している。

ま、音楽学科の先生は、ほとんどがコネですからね。寄付目当てですよ。
芸術学科の教員は入れ替わりが激しいのに、音楽は固定されているので
分かりますよね。親が大手派遣会社の支社長、医師、夫が新聞社の幹部
など。普通だったら、ピアノ教室の先生が関の山ですよ。
この大学で生き残れるのは体を許すか、残すだけの価値があるか（寄付
をどれだけしてくれるか）、どれだけ従順になれるかということだと
思います。
あと、30過ぎても独身で、学歴だけは妙に高くて、プライドも高い。そ
んな人はもうどこにも行くところがないので、必死ですよ。
教職員の行く末をドキュメンタリーで追ったら面白いものになると思い
ますよ。

The International Study
System aims to bring up
talented persons with a
global view who are capable
to activate in an
international society. During
the 4 years of enrollment,
the participating students
study abroad for one year,
6 months at a university in
a developed country and for
another 6 months at a
university in a developing
country. Thus, by experimenting
two different realities, the
students acquire a new perspective
on the world. Students can transfer
the result of their activities
abroad into credits, so the total
enrollment period remains unchanged.

友達が文科省立ち入り問題でで創造大への入学辞めて、他を受けなおしたって聞いて
情報収集していたらここに辿りつきました。指定音楽教室の先生が「給料未払いは
前からあって、今回も支払われたから大丈夫」って言ってた。それ聞いて、前から
あったらまずいじゃんって思ってたらこのスレの７月頃に「給料出ましたか？」って

もしかして、大学オケの演奏会に入学予定者が強制出席させられたことがあったのですが、
あの時もレポート提出のために在校生が来てましたか？ずーっとゴソゴソと喋っていて
演奏を聴くのに不愉快な時間を過ごすと同時に入学辞めたい気分でした。なぜ、興味のない
学生が椅子ではなく床に座り雑談をし続けているのか疑問でした。レポート提出義務が課せ
られていたのなら納得です。
