Everything is down this month from July, except for PSP which saw a 14% increase.
Wii and PS3 had the sharpest drops (18%), while 360 fell just 5% despite early news
of the price cut leaking out.

PS3 also just beat out by the 360 this month, after a narrow victory in a July.
Both months should probably be considered a dead heat anyway.
