学校法人としてのあるべき姿を尊び、在籍する学生諸君の将来を思うなら正義の道を選択するべきと思います。
食品偽装会社を引き合いに出し申し訳なく思いますが、根源は同じです。
経営者のワンマン・独裁体制、内部牽制制度の機能不全、もの申す人の不在。
この三点セットが揃うと存続が非常に危うくなります。
組織、行動規範が腐り始めても警鐘を鳴らす者が不在であり、事実発覚時は既に手遅れとなります。
学校法人は営利を追求する機関ではなく、これからの日本を背負う若者達を育むところです。
学校が、学校として守るべき一番大切な宝は学生諸君です。
けっして、学校経営者の資産や名誉などではありません。
学校経営者は学生を守るためには私財、名誉も捨てる覚悟が必要です。
逆説的になりますが、この覚悟ができている経営者のいる学校が経営不振に陥った例は無いようです。
社員が社長を観察しているのと同じく、学生は学校経営者を見ています。
あるべき姿を維持できない組織は近々崩壊が始まります。
内部から腐り、中枢部の腐敗が始まった組織の延命は不可能になります。
腐った箇所は、英断を持って外科手術を行い、切除するしかありません。
もし、腐敗にお気づきであれば、学校という組織を守る事は学生を守る
事と同義ですから、勇気を持って行動を起こすべきです。
不正があれば、このまま黙認しても、遅かれ早かれ結果は同じになります。
先延ばしは、犠牲者を増やすだけの結果にしかならないのが通例です。
この正義の行動は、経営者個人を責めるのが目的ではなく、大切な学生を守るためと考えるべきです。
結果として、経営者が責めを負うに至っても、それは経営者の責務ですから止むを得ない事と考えるべきです。
あとはご自分の生活です。
関係者の方であれば、経営者の手前、黙認しても遅かれ早かれ結果は同じです
