The Commission has recently had the above entities drawn to its attention.
The website claims that Kingsley Capital is incorporated in Sark. There is no
Company Registry in Sark so this claim in itself is false. Furthermore, there
is no such entity of this name incorporated elsewhere within the Bailiwick of
Guernsey. It should also be noted that Kingsley Capital is not authorised,
licensed or regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission in any way.
In the circumstances, the Commission advises that any dealings with Kingsley
Capital should be conducted with extreme caution in the knowledge that the
website contains false and misleading information.
