I don't think English or math has anything to do with your writing skills.
Apparently your second langauge may improve your dominant language in some way,
but it doesn't mean stractual languages (don't know if it's the right term.) like English are better in that regard.
I can tell math has nothing to do with that from my own experience; I have a Ph.D. in math lol
