Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about my faulting Crown Princess doll.
No sooner had I bought the doll than it started malfunctioning.
Its joints are so stiff that they are not movable. I don't need
a Princess doll that can't do an elegant curtsey or a polite bow.
Moreover, an attached formal dress is too small for the body (or vice
versa) that I can't dress her up.
Despite my several attempts to make a contact,
Imperial Householding toy's helpline is not only helpless
but also numbingly slow in action.
Considering all this, I think I am fully entitled to return the item back
to the shop. It would be even nicer if I could get a new one.
Had I known this, I wouldn't have bought the doll. How dare I choose this particular one?
Unless an immediate action is taken, we shall inform this to Consumer Affairs Association.
Best regards,

素晴らしいセンスに毛皮の帽子を脱帽ですわ!
私もクレームがあります。
At the time of my purchse, I was made to believe that it had full qualification,
including a master's degree. However, I found out that the doll did not have such certificate.
Isn't this considered as "false or misleading advertisement" under the consumer protection law?
