とかって出てくるんだけどなんか設定間違ってるのかなぁ？
ssh -T github
でパスフレーズ入力すると
Hi hogehogehoge! You've successfully authenticated, but GitHub does not provide shell access.
となるから、パスフレーズの成否とglobalの設定は出来てると思うんですが
