今のところはそうかも。 
 
fltk使ってる部分（flwm_topsideとかappbrowser等）の日本語化は、fltk1.3をfltkのサイトから 
ダウンロードしてきてコンパイルしてライブラリ作成して、その上でTinyCore公式からappbrowser 
とかのソースをダウンロードして（一部修正もいるかも知れない）fltk1.3のライブラリでコンパイル。 
 
それ以外の部分（日本語入力とかGTKアプリとか）は4.0jaからファイル持ってくれば日本語化出来る。
