SURUGA Bank's racial profiling
Banking Identification Act in Japan does not separate legal minority residents from Japanese citizens.
For opening a bank account, minorities and citizens are treated equally under the law.
But SURUGA Bank segregated minorities in bank account requirements.
The illegal bank did not explain the reason for this division because there was no reason.
After we sued SURUGA Bank, the discriminatory bank repealed its unequal policy.
Our movement's aim is to restore minorities liberty and eradicate segregation.
