【通院歴、再発ですか？】
数年前（4～5年）通院中。以前、別なクリニックに通院、1年前くらいに今のクリニックに転院。（会社のそばのクリニックに変更）
今のクリニックで、数ヶ月かけてｍ多少、薬が変わった。
前院の処方 トリプタノール25mg×1T×2回（朝夕）、トリプタノール25mg×2T（夕食後） → ノリトレン10（毎食後）に変更
レキソタン2mg×2T（夕方頓服または夕食後） → 取りやめ
デパス1mg×2T（眠前） → 1Tに変更
今のクリニックで追加、
デプロメール25mg（朝夕） 社会不安障害に保険適用がある（？）。追加して様子を見ましょう。
トリプタノールは難しい薬（副作用も多い？）ので、とりあえず、ノリトレンにしてみましょう。
ワイパックスがあるから、レキソタンははずしてみましょう。
眠剤も多いので、とりあえず、デパスを減らしてみましょう。（本音は、ハルかロヒを減らしたいみたい・・・）
ルジオミールもいけど、アモキサンもありますよ。（とりあえず、ルジオのまま、様子を見てみましょう）
昇進試験不合格（万年平社員決定）。は今年の話。
【他の持病】
気管支喘息といわれ、5年ほど前に約1年通院したことがあるが、今は、特に喘息では通院していない。

30代後半、会社員（IT系のサービスエンジニア）：土日祝は休日だが、夜間呼び出し・月1～2回休出あり、主に呼び出し・休出のときは、
夜間対応・徹夜作業もあり。
持ち家（2LDKマンション）に独身・一人暮らし。
休日前は、350ビール2～3缶飲むことがある。（そのときは、眠剤を抜きます）
【その他質問、追加事項】
ベタナミン50mgは、処方されにくいのですか？（ベタナミン10mg、25mgと、保険適応の内容が違うのでしょうか）
ウツで、リタリンはもう、無理ですか？ベタナミンしかないんでしょうか？（ベタナミンも、肝臓に悪いようですが・・・）
トリプタノールはノリトレンより難しい薬ですか？
抗不安剤（ワイパックス・ソラナックス・レキソタン等、リーゼを処方してもらったこともありますが･･･）の効能の違いなどもあるのですか？
昼間のむ抗不安剤なら、眠気の少ないのがいいのですが・・・
ルジオミールとアモキサンとは、やはり違いがあるのでしょうか？アナフラニールあたりはこれらと比べたらどうですか？
平日仕事がある日は、夜眠れないのに、休日は、前夜から日中ほとんど寝ていることがある。（20Hくらい寝ることもあり）
（休日、仕事のないときは、リタ、ベタ50は服用していない）、
疲れてたり、仕事のことを気にしないから、寝るのかなと言われてます。
少しゆっくり寝て、着替えたりして、起きる体制にすることが必要だと言われました
ドグマチール50（毎食後）は、胃腸薬？抗ウツ薬？抗精神薬？？どんな意味で処方されているのでしょう。
どちらの医師も、はっきりとした、病名は伝えてくれません。
前院：気分障害かな・・・
現院：社会不安みたいですね。
本当の、病名が知りたいんですけど。

【主訴、症状】
元気がない、周囲から覇気がないと言われる。
仕事がうまくいかない。仕事が乗らない。進まない。昇進試験不合格（万年平社員決定）。
部下からも、上司からも、遠ざけられている気分になってしまう。
夜眠れない。寝れたとしても、眠りがが浅い。それでいて、昼間、すごい眠気に襲われる。
慢性的肩こりがある。
頭痛に襲われる。鉢巻を巻いた痛さ。こめかみの辺りの痛さ。後部、首筋のギーンとした痛さ。
夕暮れ時、特に夕焼けのとき、なんともいえない気持ちになる。寂しくてやりきれない。どうにでもなってもいい。
虚しい。。。
鳥のように、夕焼けに向かって飛んいできたい。ビルの屋上に上がって、夕焼けを見上げたことも多々あり。
（飛び降り・・・（？）・・・も考えたような気がする）
通勤の満員電車が辛い。痴漢に間違えられたらどうしよう・・・、感化になったらどうしよう・・・とか考えてしまう。
45分くらいの通勤時間だが、本当にしんどい。
今は、自腹で、G車、通勤ライナーを利用している。
通勤～会社～帰宅、阻害されている感じがする。特に夕焼けの日はもう落ち込みっぱなし。
