Well I don't know if he TRULY thought he could knock out Norton...
But the main reason he did dance around the ring
for most of the fight was because a couple of months before
this fight he foolishly went to Japan to fight Inoki....
Inoki kicked his legs so much that he developed blood clots.....
His legs hadn't fully recovered and he concerned about the strength? of them..
That's why he was so flatfooted for the first half of the fight....
