Forty years ago, there the problem, the core family.
Those days, big familiy with grand pa, grand ma, father,mother,kids and grand kids within a house is the average on the whole.
However, jobs got short in remote or local area and people gathered in big cities.
Therefore big families are in country area and core families increase in big cities.
This is a source of the problem such as isolated death of old people and their cares.
With a big family, there are no such problems.
