事の始まりはWP7に対するJailbraakである。
ChevronWP7というツールは、WP7上でだれでも未署名のコードを走らせることが
できるというものであった。それは実質的にハッカーがソニーのゲームコンソールに
行ったものと同じであり、また海賊行為が可能となることにまで言及したものでもなかった。
では、MSは彼らを訴えたのだろか？全くの正反対である。
