Hello, J.CREW members. My name is OO. I'm from Japan.
I heard that you made charity T-shirts for Japanese disaster victims and survivors.
As a Japanese, I'm very happy to get to know your efforts and hard work. Thank you very much!
However, I also know that your efforts didn't bear fruits in the end.
I think you are all disappointed by the result. That's the reason why I'm writing to you.
In Japan, there's a proverb, "Ki wa kokoro."
This proverb is roughly translated like this in this case.
"No matter if your support didn't bear fruits, your hearts to try to support us make us
very happy." The disaster is a really serious blow to us Japanese, but your heartwarming activity
and efforts really help us moving forward. I'm deeply grateful to you all.
