Japanese feel they apologized enough.
But somehow Japan's neighbor's don't.
Also none of Japan's neighbors had revenge for WW2.
Only the US could nuke Japan for Pearl Harbor.
Morally, China, Korea and SE Asia each have the right to nuke Japan.
