20. I'm not from / in the UK .... how do I get my ticket?
If you have purchased a ticket from outside the UK, some ticket agents will be able
to post out to you, however if not, you will have to take your confirmation email and
a form of photo ID (passport as you will already have it to get over here) to the collection
point situated underneath Reading Town Hall. If when you get to the festival site you
are unsure where to go to collect your ticket, please ask a steward who will direct you.
