Eenhoorn recently took some time to discuss the state of Dutch baseball today.
BD: Have you seen a change over the past few years in the numbers of kids playing baseball?
What is the youth league structure there?
RE: We just found out that we have a 50% increase of new kids than normal around this time.
We have a club system where kids can go to and play organized baseball. If they are good enough
they will be invited to play in one of the six academies we have to develop the best talent.
