英語力に自信はないが、ニューヨークタイムズを読む限り、
脳梗塞とも癌の再発とも書いてない。
１０年前に胃がんを患ったこともあり（胃の大半を切除している）、もともと
体力のあるほうではない。疲労の蓄積（extreme fatigue）と体重減（ weight loss ）もあって、
大事をとって入院した。数週間で退院の見込みとのこと。但し、別ソース（欧米のブログ）では
ルツェルンもキャンセルではないかとの記事もある。

spokesman, Carlo Maria Cella, said that tests showed no return of the illness.
He said that the conductor had checked into the hospital suffering from extreme
fatigue and weight loss after conducting the Berlin Philharmonic in three concerts
this month. He was expected to leave the hospital after two or three weeks,

欧米の記事、ブログをひととおり見てみたけど、復帰は無理とか、脳梗塞とか、
いったい、それってどこの情報なんだ？
