Mindtree have an immediate requirement for a Sr Java Developer in San Jose, CA. This is a Full Time/ Long Term contract position
Title: Java Solution Architect
Strong knowledge of Design including J2EE Design Patterns
MVC, DAO, Strategy, Factory etc.
Experience in Object Oriented Design, Modeling, and
Programming of web based multi-tier applications in Java, J2EE and Relational Databases.
Designed systems using Data Modeling, UML and
J2EE based frameworks like MVC Architecture and Hibernate.
Experience with XML and related standards and
technologies like HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience in JEE technologies and framework (Spring, JSF2 preferable)
Hibernate, Websphere Application Server (WAS), and
integration with other applications via APIs(SOAP/REST)
Proficient in designing using UML model: Use case diagrams,
Sequence diagrams, Class diagrams
Experience in SOA, SOAP, REST WSDL, XML, cloud and API standards
Proficiency in developing web applications and server side
development using JSP, Servlets, XML, Web Services, JDBC,
JNDI, Struts, Hibernate, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MDB, JMS,
Oracle, PL/SQL and various Design Patterns.
Complete understanding of Java collections framework
including their performance implications of various
data structures and algorithms
Through understanding of Java threading/concurrency
this not only includes synchronized blocks, wait notify,
but also executors, ThreadPools, Fork/Join, blocking queues,
semaphores, countdown latch etc..
Java exception hierarchies and when to use what
Knowledge of unit testing (jUnit or TestNG) and mocking
framework like bmoc or easy mock
