The Korean photographer Ahn Sehong has been and still is collecting fund on the pretext of holding his exhibition at the Nikon salon on his web site.
The writing is such that the photographer was obviously collecting the fund in lieu of entrance ticket fee.
It is a violation against the rules and regulations of Nikon salon. He have previously agreed to it when applying for the use of Nikon Salon.
Nikon Salon exhibition is free, and if strictly forbid collecting money from the (would-be) visitors in any manners.
It alarmed Nikon fans and they accordingly alerted Nikon.
Some even alerted Police and Immigration Office as a possibility of fraud.
In addition, photographer's web sites indicated that he was operating business from a council flat or an apartment in a government-built apartment complex in Japan: this is against the laws.
In special circumstances, operating business may be allowed after applying to the local authority.
Unfortunately the sudden deletion of concerning his Japan-based business details from his web sites (even deleting the shop's official site and shop weblog site),
indicates that the local authority did not consider his case as special, or he did not even bother to submit the application. It clearly shows that he intentionally broke the law.
