2 シナモン、クローブ、生姜、ナツメグ（すべて粉、調味料売り場にある）を混ぜたところにキャンドルを転がす
3 キャンドルの周りを塩で囲む
4 これを唱える：
I call to the erth , the air , the flame and the sea,
To this spell add strength and energy.
Where I have needs,so shall they be met.
No more worry,no need no fret.
I am in need of (欲しいものを言う）.
I call this unto myself!
Whith harm to none, I will that this be so !
5 キャンドルに火をつけて残った蝋を持ち歩く
