At first glance, arresting Toshiro Watanabe for going into an elementary school
ground on its local sports day would seem a bit harsh, especially as most schools
tend to make themselves available to their local communities at such times.
一見したところでは、ワタナベトシロウを地域での運動会の日に小学校の敷地に入ろうとしたことで逮捕したことは、
