There is a horrible pro-wrestling group called 'DRAGON GATE'. Its members enjoy abusing their pet monkey .
Shingo Takagi, a member of the group, posted a photo of their pet monkey 'Kora' being choked on his blog.
Kora escaped by wrenching the collar and Shingo wrote 'I was choking Kora a bit to avoid her being violent'. On the different day Shingo wrote that 'Katsuo the monkey killer injured Kora's chest seriously'.

Who would call it 'choking a bit'? It is surely an abuse.
Kenichiro Arai, the other member wrote 'Your nose is bleeding. What? Tozawa bullied you again?' on his blog on 19 May. He posted a photo of Kora bleeding.

There are a lot of blog entries that describe the ill treatment on Kora in detail. I tried to contact DRAGON GATE but there was no respond.
Public Health Division of Kobe city said they were investigating together with the police on this case.
According to the Public Health Division, neighbours of the DRAGON GATE reported the abuse on 9 March, and people who read the blogs reported on 18 May.
The officer of the Public Health Division visited DRAGON GATE for the investigation and the DRAGON GATE contacted the person later to inform that they handed over Kora to someone living in the other city.
The city where Kora currently lives has been informed about the Kora's abuse case. DRAGON GATE has not given the proper respond to the Public Health Division about the abuse.
The related parties' remarks change constantly.
On 30 May DRAGON GATE reported 'There was no evidence of animal abuse found' on its web site. It is written 'Though we are criticised on the internet,
there was no evidence of abuse found'. They say that they are reaffirming the case but 'no evidence found' does not mean 'there was no abuse'.
