&fmt=22とかは今まで通りいけるけど
&fmt=18 ならYouTubeの仕様変更で直接は無理になったっぽい。

つまりURLに&fmt=18を追加してからなら以前の&fmt=18仕様のmp4ファイルを落とせるわけだけど
