エネルギー補償無しだとPA-1000で+100-50%、
PM1703Mで+700-50%とか誤差が出るので、
±50%なら効果はある
例えばPM1405のマニュアル見ると、
＞Energy response relative to 0.662 MeV (137Cs) in the DER and DE measurement mode
＞in the energy range from 0,06 to 3,0?MeV no more than ±30%
0.06-3.0MeVの間で、0.662MeVと比べて±30%の誤差となってる
