We should really talk about "British N Scale";, since it is a little different from "N" Scale in Europe and the States.
British "N" Scale runs on 9mm track as do all "N" Scale Railway models. That is at a scale of 1:160. However, the models themselves are manufactured at a scale of 1:148.
Buffer height C/L: 6.79 mm
Coupling centre line above track: 4.37mm
Track gauge: 9 mm
(Since British N has the same gauge as other types of N, only with a different ratio, the gauge is obviously slightly narrow )
Wheels:
Back to back: 7.4 mm
Flange depth: 8.94 mm
Flange thickness: 0.46 mm
Overall width: 2.17mm / 2.3 mm
