``The won is essentially doing what most Asian currencies are doing,
except as usual its move is amplified,'' said Sean Callow,
a senior currency strategist at Westpac Banking Corp. in Sydney.
``We're in a market where people are just selling anything
they can sell in order to meet margin calls and
pay investors demanding redemptions.''
