Well, it would not about distrubuting any IPS patches. I personally would not do something without an authors permission.
And I wouldn't actually ask for someone to make a website reguarding the concept. I'm not sure if any of you guys have seen the website before on Globetown, which is why it would of been cool if there was a replacement to it, in the future.
It would just be for refrence in how well done a particular ロックマン rom hack was remodelled.
