Just to let you know Sony US has went ahead and released the PS3 Feature Patch to US users and the Sony EU is currently in the process of rolling out the patch to EU/Oceania players but will not be available to download until tomorrow (UK Time).
We worked extremely hard to ensure the US and Worldwide patch certified at the same time so that our players weren’t separated.
Sorry for any confusion, Sony US was just a bit quicker with their release but they’re both coming out the same time.

In Short: Just got word from Sony EU that they didn’t finish the roll out in time today and will be available tomorrow (UK Time)
so they will finish making it available for EU / Oceania users to download tomorrow (UK time), but no exact time has been given. Sorry everyone, this was scheduled to all go out at the same time today (as the Sony US did).
