No, the API was not the reason for the rejection. Not using the payment system provided

The developers have to censor those boards, and fix the payment system, then

There is not a lot of gold here. Actually if you will notice the payment system of the App
store seems a bit greedy. There are options and alternatives. One hour of tit for tat.
