自分も何が悪いのか分からないまま弾かれて、
未だ登録できない組です。
サイトにあるmanualを読んでみたら、
Purchasing the service (PIN Code)のところにこんな一文が…
If the transaction was declined, please check that the data that you entered is the valid data
and resubmit it once again.(not more than three submissions per day are allowed)
これって、リトライは1日3回までって事でしょうか？
だとしたら、明日またやり直さないと....λ
