Matijs van Zuijlen has written a Perl scriptwhich does convert Microsoft Outlook .msg files to mbox format.
He found out that the file format is OLE-compatible.
This script uses many Perl modules to extract the information,
but you should be able to find all Perl Modules either in your favourite Linux distribution, or at CPAN.
