たまに trim コマンド（discard）を使うには AHCI での接続が必須という記載を見ることがあるけれど、
これって、何かの規格（ATA specification?）に記載があるのでしょうか。
因みに、MSIのFurum：
URLﾘﾝｸ(forum-en.msi.com)
には、
The TRIM command is dependent on the SSD itself, and the operating system supporting it.
It is not dependent on the host controller, and AHCI is not a requirement.
と書いてある。
