There are programs out there designed to identify posts and whatnot that use a proxy ID.
the 2ch mods can use 2 or 3 of them to help spot and delete these proxy votes.
you 2ch mods did a good job last year of regulating this tournament.
It is a shame to see all your hard work fail now.
