6.6 Recommendation 勧告
6.34. The Appellate Body recommends that the DSB request
Korea to bring its measures found in this Report, and in the
Panel Report as modified by this Report, to be inconsistent
with the Anti-Dumping Agreement, into conformity
with its obligations under that Agreement.
（上訴審は、紛争解決機関（DSB）が韓国に対し、本報告書および本報告書によって修正された
小委員会（パネル）報告書にある反ダンピング協定と矛盾する措置を、その協定に基づく義務に適合させる（是正する）よう要請することを勧告する。）
