On reading the two examples again, I got the impression that:-
A: was describing both the ‘customer service’ and the ‘technological innovations’ on equal terms.
Whereas:-
B: was emphasising that there was no difference in the importance ie; both were equal…🤓
Suggesting that it was generally considered that the ´technological innovations’ was more important than ‘customer service’. And so was stressing that they were equal…🤓
Describing the use of ‘stress’ in sentence is so difficult, as it’s something you need to actually hear spoken…👂🏻
