そして
"10/10 would not recommend"も
"10/10; [I] would not recommend" っていう意味あいで使われているのかもしれない。
10/10は低評価という意味で。

A similar issue I have is "Rate this photo 1-10." I never know if 10 is best or worst. "We rate the top ten new movies" means number 1 is best. "Rate our service" means 1 is worst. Is it "We're Number 1" or "That's a 10!"?
