I have been going to Dr. Stretch for 3 months.
Dr. Stretch is kind of like a personal treatment that a licensed stretching trainer stretches all my muscles and joints so that I can enhance my flexibility and mobility of my body.
It is soooo painful during streatch, but I feel refresh and great after the treatment. I spend 7,000yen for one hour. I know it is a bit expensive, but I’m sure it worths it
