この with は、言うまでもないことながら、「付帯状況」を表す用法で、
[with A ＋ B]で、[AがBである状態で ～ ]ぐらいの意味である。
Aは前置詞 with の後であるから当然名詞語句である。
Bには形容詞、現在分詞、過去分詞、副詞、前置詞句などが来る。
