なるほど。phrasal verbsがあるから、たしかにいろいろ言えるね。
日常会話なんて特にそうだね。big words覚えるより効率的かも。

アメリカではよく6th Graderなんて馬鹿にされてますけど万人に伝わりやすい

ベーシックの850単語制限の意義は実際に学んでみないと
