「～は病気だ」とか、「～は温和な性格だ」など、
日本語では名詞でも状態を表す述部を形成できてしまう。
英語だとbe動詞（連結動詞）＋名詞で属性を表すことはあっても
状態を表すことはほぼない。funくらいか。あとは
「of＋形容詞の名詞形」を使うくらいで。
The matter is important.
The matter is of importance.
It is a matter of importance.
He is gentle.
He is of a mild temperament.
He is a man of a mild temperament.
They are red.
They are of the same color.
They are the same color.
He isn't healthy.
He is of ill health.
